66duit Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "66duit" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gambling platform operated at 66duit.net and its associated services.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 66duit or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration on 66duit, through which all services on the platform are accessed.
• "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated balance held within a member's Account, comprising deposited funds, credited winnings, and any applicable bonus balances.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 66duit to eligible members, subject to individual terms stated at the time of grant.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by 66duit in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or participation in online gambling is unlawful under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 66duit registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform following any published amendment to these Terms, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the 66duit Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 66duit with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 66duit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 66duit strictly prohibits access to and participation in gambling services by persons under 21. Mandatory age verification will be conducted as part of KYC procedures.
• You must not be a resident of, physically located in, or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 66duit or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member thereof, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must not be self-excluded from 66duit or from gambling platforms generally under any applicable self-exclusion programme.

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 66duit. Duplicate accounts are identified through automated monitoring and KYC cross-referencing. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts associated with the member and forfeiture of associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update any information that changes. 66duit is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 66duit account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Notify 66duit support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Use a unique password not used across other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

66duit will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, unless such access resulted directly from a breach of 66duit's own security systems.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 66duit are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank via FPX, and USDT TRC20. 66duit reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or verified during KYC, and registered in the member's own name.
• 66duit reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• 66duit does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply and are the member's responsibility.
• 66duit will use reasonable endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. VIP tier members may be eligible for expedited processing as described in the VIP Programme terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

66duit offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money wallet balances and must be wagered according to stated requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Where a bonus is applied to an account, any real-money balance must typically be wagered once before any associated bonus winnings can be withdrawn, unless specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play between accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• 66duit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 66duit are governed by the rules applicable to the specific product involved, as displayed within each game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific product.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 66duit does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after confirmation, except where a technical error is identified on 66duit's part.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction, any bets affected by the malfunction may be declared void and stakes returned, at 66duit's sole discretion.
• 66duit reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or erroneous odds where such odds were published in error.
• For sportsbook events, 66duit follows published settlement rules for each market type. Disputed settlements must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event.
• All RNG games on 66duit use certified random number generators and are tested by independent third-party agencies. RTP information is published for each game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 66duit. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without compensation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or insider betting.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification procedures.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through your 66duit account.
• Holding multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

66duit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without advance notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by the member for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Statutory, regulatory, or legal requirement to do so.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 66duit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66duit platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design of the platform, is the intellectual property of 66duit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited without express written consent from 66duit.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66duit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profit, even if 66duit has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

66duit's total liability to any individual member in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

66duit is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment. 66duit recognises that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and provides the following tools accessible at all times from the member account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of 66duit shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 66duit holds its operating licence. Any dispute not resolved through 66duit's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution, with proceedings conducted in English.

14. Amendments

66duit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active members via email notification to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
